Cancellation Policy:
• The fee once paid will not be refunded on any account.

Discipline:
• This is an Adventure Camp and not a leisure tour, so we expect a high level of discipline

• Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the volunteer/guide, Misbehave/Arguing with the volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues

• Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco & Abusive Language are strictly prohibited and if anyone found a suspect in such cases, the participation will be terminated and no further service/return traveling/refund will be offered then after

• Punctuality is taken as a serious matter

• Alcohol, smoking and chewing pan masala and gum is strictly prohibited.

• Medical facility in the form of first-aid will be available and best care of the participants will be taken.

• It will be the personal responsibility of the participants to take care.

• NAC KACHCHH or any of its office bearers will not be held responsible in case of any accident or injury during the camp or to and fro journey.

Special Notes:
• In case of unforeseen conditions, the schedule/itinerary can be modified/canceled.
• NAC reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorized.
• Any accident, any medical emergency, or any personal loss is the sole responsibility of your own. NAC will not be responsible for any such circumstances.

It was great trekking managed by TEAM NAC under the leadership of Vinod Bhai Mehta ... The campsite was amazing with delicious food and a hygienic stay.. All trek and activities were handled nicely by the whole team. Really It's a big task to handle such a huge strength from child to the senior but positive attitude of all leads such an event to success Thx again
